Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Most products are shipped UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

We will do out best to ensure that you are charged the actual shipping cost. However, we cannot guarantee the exact price for shipping on all products. If you prefer a more exact price up front, please call us to place your order. Shipping is very difficult to estimate especially with multiple items in one order. Some heavier items may require additional shipping cost. We reserve the right to add additional charges to your credit card for overtures in shipping. At the same time if the shipping is significantly less, we will credit the difference to your Credit Card. We want to be as fair as possible with shipping cost. Thanks for your understanding. Returns
If a change must be made to an order, please contact us immediately. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Items may be returned if unused within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. There are NO returns after 30 days from date of reciept. Freight is nonrefundable.

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, contact us immediately so we can discuss a resolution.
